Now in TestFlight Beta

HyperFit

An honest mirror for lifting, eating, and hydrating. Log every set, every meal, and every glass of water; watch a recruitment-weighted body heatmap fill in; then share a post-workout card that looks like a trophy or hand off your plan with a single code. No streaks. No gamified noise. Just the work.

Three steps to your first workout

HyperFit is iOS-only during the beta. You'll need an iPhone running iOS 16+ and the free Apple TestFlight app. The whole flow takes under two minutes.

01
Install TestFlight
Grab the free TestFlight app from Apple's App Store on your iPhone if you don't already have it.
02
Tap the invite link
Open the TestFlight invite on the same iPhone — it auto-opens TestFlight and surfaces an Accept button for HyperFit.
03
Install & lift
Tap Install, sign in with email or Google, log your first set. Updates push automatically as new builds ship.

Hit a bug? Shake your phone in TestFlight to send feedback — or email us directly. Beta is capped at 10,000 testers; if the link is full, drop us a line and we'll add a slot.

What's in the build

Strength & nutrition tracking, designed like Strava and Robinhood had a kid.

Anthracite base, strava-orange for the active set, robinhood-green when your session volume beats the last one. Mono numerics with tabular figures so every readout lines up. Every screen is built around one question: did the work happen, yes or no?

— 01
Anatomy-aware muscle heatmap
Recruitment-weighted volume per muscle, rendered onto a front/back silhouette. Toggle between volume mode and a recovery-decay model that shows what's actually fresh today.
— 02
Plan creator + active-plan rail
Build a multi-day split, assign sessions to days of the week, and the app schedules from there. One plan active at a time — no clutter.
— 03
Shareable workout cards
Every finished session generates a 1080×1350 card with your silhouette, top muscles, and PR badges — ready for stories. Re-share past sessions from history too.
— 04
PR detection
Per-exercise weight PRs detected the moment you log them. The 🔥 chip on the post-session screen and share card means it actually happened.
— 05
Ghost-value last-session inputs
Set fields pre-fill with what you lifted last time as faded placeholder text. No tap-to-clone — just a target you can beat or match without re-typing.
— 06
Editable session history
Calendar deep-links into a session detail view with grouped sets per exercise, duration, total volume, and a share button that works months later. Tap the pencil to fix a typo’d weight or rep without re-logging.
— 07
Nutrition tracking
Per-day macro pills, meal entries with slot (breakfast / lunch / dinner / snack) and a free-text label like “Pre-workout.” Cheat-day toggle that doesn’t pretend the meal didn’t happen. The This Week card folds nutrition + lifting into one signal.
— 08
Water intake, the way you actually drink
One-tap CUP or BOTTLE presets plus a CUSTOM AMOUNT field. Stored in ml, displayed in ml or oz per your setting. Water is the rare metric where more is unambiguously better, so it gets robinhood-green every time you log a tap.
— 09
Social shareable plans & cards
Flip a plan to shareable to mint a code; anyone with it lands on a public preview page with the muscle silhouette already lit up by intensity. Workout cards drop straight into Instagram / Stories / iMessage at 1080×1350. Rotate or revoke a share code anytime.
— 10
Onboarding that respects your time
Three screens: name + units, goal (BUILD / CUT / MAINTAIN / JUST TRACK), and pick a starter plan. Forward-only, kill-safe, under sixty seconds before your first set.
Where it’s going next

The roadmap, in plain language.

The beta cadence is weekly. The shipped list is what’s in your hands today; the below is what we’re actively building or have queued up next.

— NEXT
Apple sign-in
Required by App Store guideline 4.8 since Google OAuth ships. Lands before the public App Store submission, alongside email and Google as a first-class option.
— NEXT
Public App Store launch
Coming out of TestFlight and onto the open App Store. Free, no paywall on the honest-mirror loop — if a tier ever shows up, it’s on top, not in front.
— SOON
Android via the same Expo build
The codebase is already cross-platform; the work is store assets, signing, and a real device pass. Targeting after the iOS public launch stabilizes.
— SOON
Realtime sync across devices
Subscribe-per-table on workout sessions, plans, and nutrition entries so the iPad on the rack and the iPhone on the bench stay in lockstep mid-session.
— LATER
Form Coach integration
Computer-vision form check on key compounds, surfaced as an optional layer next to the set log — not a replacement for it.
— LATER
Recovery + readiness
The recruitment-weighted heatmap already knows what you trained. Next is layering sleep and HRV signal on top so “train or rest” stops being a vibe call.
— SOON
Barcode + photo meal logging
Scan the back of the protein tub, snap the plate, get macros without typing. Saved meals and recipes so the same Tuesday lunch logs in one tap forever after.
— LATER
Hydration reminders that earn the buzz
Smart nudges based on the day’s training load and how far behind your water target you are — not a dumb hourly timer. Silenced automatically after you tap.
